Economics undergraduate programs, designed to deliver economics education in the most effective way within the framework of similar programs offered both in Turkey and around the world, aim to train qualified economists. In addition to core economics courses, the Economics curriculum is structured with a strong emphasis on elective courses. This structure allows students to make choices based on their interests, abilities, and expectations. In this way, the program aims to guide students toward fields in which they are talented and successful, to ensure that those who aspire to enter professional life individually or work in private-sector or public institutions receive appropriate training, and to help graduates become sought-after and preferred candidates in the labor market.
